So me and Jeff Moneymaker (Chris's brother) have been splitting tournies and money games online lately. We are playing the other morning and he gets AA.
We are sitting at a 2/4 NL table mind you. We put $100 into his account and built it to $800 through tourneys and cash games that night. Anyways, he raises and another girl at the table reraises. We are like yes! So he rereraises and she calls.
Flop comes QAQ. She checks and we raise, she reraises. We are like doin the $1600 double up dance at this point and Jeff rereraises and she goes all in (she had like $900+ and we had a little over $800 at the start of the hand). We thought AQ, KQ, AK...ANYTHING BUT QQ. WHEN THE MONEY SLID HER WAY WE SAID WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED!!! Yea, she had QQ. Sigh. Nice rake pokerstars got off giving us 2 table chip leaders such good cards. :-| So back to step 1 we go, up to $230 now from $100 last night. Gotta love poker! :sunny:
