How do you make a private tournament on PS?

Once you get 2000 FPP you need to email support and ask them to grant you the ability to create them. They will then send you an email back saying everything is setup. Then when you login to pokerstars, Under the Requests Menu, there is a subsection at the very bottom for Private Tournaments. There you can create and cancel private tournys. Good luck :)

bah, 2000? Does that mean cumulative or you have to have that much in your account... I think I've had that much, but I've used it on tournaments...

2000 is nothing :P I got close to 10k now :) Playing 2/4 limit really racks up the fpp, can usually get about 100-200 in a 2-3 hour session.

no, I know it isn't that much, I am sure that I've surpassed that... its that I use them up for the 500FPP tournaments into the $215 Sunday games.

I am pretty sure it is if you have accumulated them in the past. So what I would do is email support, tell them that you have had a total of 2000 fpp, but have used them up for tournys and what not, and see if they will give you access. I am pretty sure the 2000 mark is set to reward those people who are good customers to the site. And if you have gotten a total of 2000 over time, I dont think they would reject you. Just email support, state your case, and im sure they will be willing to accommodate.
