In Sweden, there are two alternatives. Either you equate your website to a print magazine, in which case the owner of the website, or the appointed responsible individual will take the fall for anything published, OR you can choose to fall under a newer legislation, created for BBS's back in the day, where every poster is responsible for what they write.

Now.. unless you're fucking stupid, TW would fall under the latter.

That's great. We don't yet have a precedent case.. which can be both good and bad.

The only time something like this has ever found its way into court, the web site was that of a newspaper - who naturally had established a "responsible publisher", and treated their webpage just like their paper.
