I bought an exercise bike but I haven't stuck with it. Thanks for the bump, it reminded me I need to get off my ass (and kick my kids off the xBox) so I can go for it. :bigthumb:

i lost about 30kgs (66 pounds) in 6 months. Best thing i have ever done.

Weight loss is a simple equation for me, you need to burn more calories than you take in .You need to find the way that works best for you and stick to it.

Nice work Diox :)

holy crap, what a plan...play vidoe games while on the exercise bike....i think i will go out and buy one now hehe

like the dr said, you should market this to the peoploe that made the bike and maybe sony

regardless, great job....nice to see someone get fed up and do it on their own

This thread and my own beergut has inspired me to stop eating. Which is tough - I dont have the "I'm full" reflex, so I already feel like I'm hungry all the time.

WOW I'm really impressed. I also missed this thread on first run. Kick ass man. Excellent Job. You could be the next Jarred of excercise bikes (or whatever the equipment you used).
