[epic?]SniperOmega 04-17-2005, 05:21 PM nj MeSlayer 04-17-2005, 05:22 PM thats damn impressive diox waow gj :D raggden 04-17-2005, 06:10 PM wow nice work, props to you. now if the 100+ million other obese americans would follow your example, we'd save millions on food and could transport it to other countries that really need it. Spadeon9 04-17-2005, 06:18 PM Impressive indeed, you should put out a calendar for the ladies now :bigthumb: poisonspider 04-17-2005, 06:18 PM HEY you got your own fucking special TITLE on your name COOL SHIT. KGB_ate_myBread 04-17-2005, 06:21 PM CAlling DrJonez to this thread PriO 04-17-2005, 06:24 PM fat people love these threads Stimpson 04-17-2005, 06:29 PM now if only all the fat people reading this thread would actually take this on board and START LOSING SOME FUCKING WEIGHT YOU FUCKING FAT BASTARDS Theta 04-17-2005, 06:34 PM damn you are hot opsayo 04-17-2005, 06:50 PM okay, diox, i have a request: show us a pic of your calves, because they must be MASSIVE. every big (overweight) person i know has humongous fucking calves, and now that youre thin, i need to see em JuggerNaught 04-17-2005, 06:58 PM Props for losing all that weight. But you probably still aren't in the best of cardiovascular or muscular shape. I would suggest building on your accomplishments by pushing yourself further! Instead of just watching what you eat and exercising moderately, get out there and start a weight training/cardio program. You will get much healthier and feel even better than you do. Now is the time to go that extra mile and set yourself in good habits for the rest of your life. Once again, congrats man. I know what it's like to be pasty white and fat. But now I'm in pretty good shape and in early training to get into MMA fighting condition. I never lost as much as you did, never had to, so know that what you have done is truly remarkable. Inspirational for the rest of TW, seeing as how about 75% of the denziens here are far from being healthy. Good work! :bigthumb: I'd say comparatively, he's probably in better cardio shape than you think. he's just went through 18 months of an hour a day cardio, on top of being lightened of 180lbs that he's been carrying around (and his cardio system had gotten used to the load..but doesnt have it any more) Diox 04-17-2005, 07:13 PM okay, diox, i have a request: show us a pic of your calves, because they must be MASSIVE. every big (overweight) person i know has humongous fucking calves, and now that youre thin, i need to see em I don't have a functioning digital camera atm :\ I wouldn't call my calves huge, but just due to my low body fat percentage they have decent definition for someone who doesn't work them. - D ragingbunny 04-17-2005, 07:22 PM holy shit congrats... DruMAX 04-17-2005, 08:05 PM I just ate some donuts and thought of this and thought I shouldnt have eaten them JuggerNaught 04-17-2005, 08:07 PM i just walked a mile because of this thread.
