I think the only gametype that would work is one that lets you bitch about Tribes. Big buttons that say this SUcks that Sucks. It would be a huge hit.

new gametypes don't technically count as mods...at most a mutator.

Allow me to state we have been testing Rapher's gametypes for weeks now and helping him shape his gametypes, and there is absolutly nothing incomplete about them. He's taking his time, making them they way T:V should have been in the first place, not to mention Rapher has been capable of doing what so many others before him have failed miserably to do. Effectively modify T:V. Get this, he's creating his gametypes so that the player won't have to download ANYTHING previously to joining a server running his them!

Maybe this is why my clan has been so optimistic about Vengeance and continues to create new content for the game.

I for one am VERY ecited about ARENA++. The gametype is in my opinion 90% complete with all the features complete. The only thing left for Raph to do is to allow the server admin to change the # of rounds dynamically in the admin tab instead of the console as it is currently done.

We had the opportunity to play T:V LT last night. This gametype should have come with Vengeance since it's just sooo good. Imagine spawning in light only with disk, chain and nade launcher with e pack. You have no invos. Nothing to deploy. No vehicles to spam with. No cappers flinging themselves around with the grappler. Just your team of light armors vs the opposing team, going at it skill vs skill alone. There are a LOT of MA's to be had here and the competition is much better balanced than T:V base ctf, not to mention the fun of playing the game had been brought back ten fold. No more HO's spamming everything in sight! You'll be using routes again and timing your shots to hit the capper as he's landing without him spinning 180 degrees right before you shoot! LT was in complete working form, but there were a few additional tweaks Rapher wants to make before release.

All of this is leading up to DUEL MOD and Team Rabbit.

I would just like to thank Raph for all of his hard work researching the T:V engine and cracking it effectively enough to breath new life into the game.

not to mention like 10 of the 30 or so are fake. i dont think there's any hope for t:v 10v10 personally.

I think the new gametypes will probably bring out what t:v is best at, smaller, engaging, fast-paced, melee-based games.

These new gametypes are AWESOME... so much fun to play.

Tribe Vengeance is fucking dead. You and the other 146 people that are on, on average can play it tho, if you want to.

T1 and T2 still kicks the pants out of it, numbers wise. And NO, the trend is NOT UP...
