Tribes1 with voodoo2 on xp athlon system [Archive]

when trying to switch tribes from using the radeon opengl to glide the game crashes with the error message:

grsStWinOpen:Need to use a valid window handle

tribes 1 was running fine using omega drivers ver 2590 with the old opengl for counterstrike, then i updated to 2590_7z and it went to shit. i'm getting the phasing base edges and disappearing walls so i tried to revert to the older drivers and it didn't help.

So this morning i put in my old voodoo2 12meg and downloaded and installed the voodoo2 athlon xp drivers from falconfly.de. The drivers are working fine with UT 1999, i'm gonna install Deus Ex GOTY ED since i never finished it.

But the main reason for putting it in was to play Tribes1 again. :cry:
