I'm still enjoying the game itself... but I'm just as fucking sick of this crap as everyone else.

T:V could have been good. Not great, mind you (I'd still much rather see a fullfledged sequal to T2), but good none the less.

I makes me sick to see VUG pulling this shit. "It didn't sell well, so we aren't going to give it support". Yeah right, fucktards. Maybe it didn't sell well because you didn't give it any support?? I know atleast 5 people locally (as in real live people, no random E-people) that were waiting on the patch before they were going to buy the game. If I know 5, then there are a hella lot more.

Oh well... I give a big FUCK OFF VUG AND GET OUTTA OUR GAMES INDUSTRY.
I'm still gonna play, tho. There really isn't much on the market ATM that draws me in. Might try the Planetside free week.

I like how everyone is so anti-VUG, yet, they don't know *any* of the details behind what went down.

On the other-hand, we know IGA put out some really sloppy shit...yet, it's still all VUG?

IGA is partly responsible for the state of the game at release. VUG, however is (more than likely) 100% responsible for the fact that we're playing the exact same game we were playing back in October.

It's called a track record.

VUG has consistantly caused problems for their Devs. Look at their released games list. I challange you to find a single one that isn't HL or WOW that has gotten even close to propper support.

Meanwhile, IG has turned out some very impressive and interesting titles. Their quality of work if generally very good.

Fuck, for all you or I know, IGA pulled...NO ONE HERE FUCKING KNOWS. But there is one thing I do know, IGA put out one hell of a shitter.

My guess is that if VUG wanted to release a patch that badly, they would've had IG make one for them and shove it out the door. Even if it's just a pseudo-patch that doesn't seem to fix anything... like the 1.01 patch.
