The one I found in particular was right next to Golem Lord Argelmach. Its a pretty large map/parchment looking item sitting on the ground, tough to miss. Clicking on it asks you if you want to learn the skill, accept and your done. A Rogue can easily sneak in and get this solo. One other thing to be aware of, you need 300 in Engineering to get this schematic. Credit to Cybsled on the FoH guild Forum for the tip.
