Gcard question

Good day all,
So I finally built that WoW computer system, but now I have a problem.
I purchased this Gcard, 3400+ AMD 64, ASUS K8V-X mobo, and 400W power supply

This is the Gcard I got:

Anyone know whats the problem? I checked the gcard and it doesnt have any "supplemental power connectors attached", so I really don't know what to do. Is this bad (it does say its supposetly running slower then it should)?

you're supposed to attach a power connector to it. IT'S RIGHT THERE, EVEN IN THE PICTURE ON NEWEGG.
