Says Tribes 2 is out of date

Everytime I try to start tribes 2 it says "Your version (0.25034.0.0) is out of date, but there are no updates to update Tribes 2 to the latest version". I've checked Fileshack and fileplanet and they all list 25034 as the latest version. I've tried downloading 25034 and installing it manually but still having the same problem. Anyone know how to get by this?

You need to run it using DT shortcuts. There's also a way around it, but i dont remember correctly. Maybe you have to load up .exe from Dynamix folder if you don't want to use DT.

Change the shortcut to:

C:\Dynamix\GameData\Tribe s2.exe -online

I changed the shortcut to what you said and its working now. Also I tried different shortcuts in my Tribes 2 folder, Before I was clicking on the Tribes 2 online shortcut in my start menu, which was the seirraup.exe shortcut. Anyway, thanks for the help.

Any shortcut. You could even make a new one even. Normally, of course, you'd change the shortcut that isn't working...

This doesn't work for me, it says [the shortcut] can't be found.

EDIT: Nevermind, I made a shortcut from the online icon in /Dynamix instead of the one in /GameData. Thanks for the help.
