CD - KEY

Hey Everyone,
I got like very interested into Tribes2 by reading things on the net and viewing scr-shots. However i'm so low on cash i cant go out, buying a cd-key for myself.
So heres my question:

Is there anyone that got tired (if possible) of the game, and wants to give me his Tribes2 account?

I'm rly into this game and love to play it, so please ... anyone? I'd be greatfull!

I saw a copy of the re-release version at best buy last week for $9. You buy that and you don't even have to install any patches.

i alrdy have the patches i just need a tribes2 account ill trade my account even if you want i cant goto miami veh for some reason

weird, i tried installing t2 the other day (don't know why) and anyway my disc has version 0.25034.0.0 which is the latest isn't it? well i thought it was until it came to the "downloading updates" screen when it said your version of tribes 2 is out of date, but there are no updates to update tribes 2 to teh latest...

so yeah, any ideas? perhaps the patch servers are gone and i need to change the address at which it tries to update from? dunno

add -online to your shortcut. in other words your shortcut should look something like this: C:\Tribes2\GameData\tribe s2.exe -online

Your problem has to do with the fact that the update servers are gone. 25034 is the last version. Go to your shortcut properties and change 'SierraUp.exe' to 'Tribes2.exe'. That skips the auto-updater and just goes straight into the game.

It's been a long time since I dealt with T2, but just get me back up to speed here. Isn't a key useless if you don't have the account info that was associated with it?

I can buy a key for $2 at another forum, which I'd be happy to do for one of you guys, only the account info was lost. T2 does still show up from time to time though so I'll keep an eye open if requested.

If you already have a T2 account why do you need another one?
