This is a relatively brand new phone that I've only had for a little over a month. Two extremely small scratches are on the side of the phone, but nothing that kills screen quality or any other functionality. The battery still reaches full charge and runs a pretty long time. The only reason I'm selling it is because I recently upgraded to the MM-7400 for ReadyLink capability which is the only thing I feel the A680 is lacking.
Overall, it's been a pretty great phone to me and I actually still prefer it over my Sanyo in terms of reception and how the functionality is laid out.
This phone still goes for $279.99 most everywhere, so I'd like to get $210 shipped (continental U.S.) for it. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll do my best to help you.
EDIT: I'll toss in the leather case for it as well.
