Good times BitRaiser.
This is a spectacular map and, despite it's odd inital appearance, it actually plays quite well. Anyone who hasn't taken a look at it should definately do so.

Thanks fer coming out folks. Was really a lot of fun.
Other than the Pheonix start base being too dark and the flags returning too fast, I don''t think we really encountered any issues.
The map should be ready for final release soon.
:D
I'm looking forward to the mayhem that's gonna come with big numbers.

very interesting... flag chases must be hilarious in this map. Get so lost in the tubes.

Once you learn the layout of the map the key to flag chases is in taking short cts to get ahead of the capper. If you're lucky and/or plan ahead, you can get all the switches lined up right for some routes that take you from one side to the other perty damned quick.
Cratoring happens quite alot on this map, but it's almost like another opponent. You constantly have to be thinking about how risky your next ramp hit is going to be and the fights are something else. If you over focus on the guy you're trying to kill, you're likely to find yourself with you knees shoved up through your skull.

I actually only found myself cratering at that one halfpipe halfway up the central tower. The one that you access coming down the large rectangular shoot from the room with multiple pipe entrances. I think it's because of the curved sides of the exit ramps that push you towards the center of instead of keeping you on the edge.
... kind of hard to describe without images. :S
BitRaiser, where should we be going to give feedback?

www.vengeancemaps.com Or http://community.vugames.com/WebX?14@127.Eeowdm8GbRR.4 263636@.1dd92209 are the best places to post stuff BL will see. TW's rantings have kepting thus far dis-interested.

Fun map, haven't found a place to play it in though.
I feel compelled to get a notepad and right down what tubes lead where so I can easily find my way around. This map is chaos!

Yeah, it's a bit nuts...
I found a hidden ramp the other day I hadden't nticed before and I've been testing/working with BL since day 1.
