UnCodeX v213 beta with T:V support

Since it's going to be a while until the next "stable" release of uncodex (http://uncodex.elmuerte.com).

v213 beta supports Tribes:V almost completely, the HTML documentation generator may not be perfect, but the rest of the GUI works completely (afaik).

It's adviced to first install the last stable release (v204) and then extract the beta release over it.
