Community Map Pack

Often done with UT and it's ilk, I think T:V could use it's own pack. A collection of mods, mutators, huds, maps, whatever can be included. Because of T:V's state, I think it's not only up to IG but to the community to get on it and start making the game more appealing. Some sort of organized group of modders/mappers could get something like this done and really help the game out.

Sounds good to me. It'd certainly be nice to have final versions of things in one place. Might even help with getting some of the newer maps added to the ladders.

Once a few more finals come through the pipe I may compile something along these lines.

you may have to wait a while before enough real good mods/mutators/maps come through

i played ut2004 from the beginning, and even with its huge fanbase, the community pack didnt come that early... correct me if im wrong tho, ut2004 was a long way away - wish i hadnt sold it with all the cool mods coming out as well :(

Well here's the idea. To accelerate the process, we should all work together. We should ask about getting a site hosted by TW to put basically everything related to mapping/modding in T:V up. Maps, mods, mutators, tutorials. Some place where you can go and have everything in front of you. Then, the mappers of the community could work on a map pack as a team to get it done at a much faster rate.

We already have maps.tribalwar.com and www.vengeancemaps.com and the dates of the maps are differnt. They should try to get all the same maps.

On maps.tribalwar.com are missing several maps.

Exactly...there are places, but they don't have the same stuff. Diff versions, diff maps...

One place for everything would make the whole process easier.
