Warp / Lagout T:V - HELP!

Problem:

When in Multiplayer for T:V I experience this warping issue. One second Im inside my base repairing the generator, and the next second Im half way across the zone slammed into a wall. It happens anywhere in the map, on any map, on any server. I'll be flying in the air shooting at someone, then I'll warp down to the ground and hit myself with my own Spinfusor or Sniper Rifle.

History:

This issue was happening to me sometime early last week, and I used the Console (tab ingame) and typed "flush" and "dumpcache" which worked for my problem last time. I am having the exact same issue that I was having before, but flush doesn't fix it now.

What I've tried:

Flush and dumbcache of coarse
Reinstalling my video card
Reinstalling my Wireless Card
Powercycling the Cable Modem and Wireless Router
Changing network setting for connection type ingame
Removing the overclocking of my processor
Turning off all of my firewalls (one in Router and Windows XP Firewall)

PC Stats:

Windows XP Pro SP2 with all updates
AMD Athlon 2500+ Overclocked to 3200+ / 11x / 200FSB / 1.725V
Asus A7N8X Deluxe V.1 Mobo - A1007 BIOS
48x CD R/RW - LiteOn
80GB 7200RPM 8MB Cache Hard Drive - Seagate - Primary Master
eVGA NVidia 6800GT
450W Power Supply - Antec brand
1 Gig Dual Channel OCZ PC3200 Performance RAM (512x2) 2-2-3-6 Latency
256MB Aperture Size on Video Card - Set in BIOS
Memory Timings in BIOS are set to Performance
CPU Temp - 89F / Case Ambiance - 84F / GPU Temp 92F

Running Programs:

Ventrillo 2.1.2 (doesn't change warping with it not running)
Coolmon - Also doesn't effect warping
Tribes:Vengeance - Everyone knows this already!
23 processes running all the time, which is really good

Network Stats:

DLink Extreme-G 108Mbps Wireless Router
DLink Extreme-G 108Mbps Wireless Card - 100% Signal - 15 feet from Router
Adelphia PowerLink Cable Connection - 3.5M - 8.5M Connection, Avg. 4.5Meg
No packet loss on the router, according to my DLink utility

After I goofed with my PC for a while I went to my girlfriends PC and it's running the same way on her computer now. Hers didn't start at the same time as mine did, but it was about 30 minutes after mine started warping hers was too. She has a system virtually the same as mine, but has a Radeon 9200Pro video card and a larger hard drive. Im guessing it's connection related, but does anyone have any other tips for me to try out?

Thanks,

I would try a different wireless channel, unless it only happens with this game.
