So I was at target today...

and I saw T:V sitting on the shelf. Neat, I thought. $49.99, good to see. Made the ever so painful trip of going to the sould devouring hellhole known as Target.

So I began to check out the box, when I realized "Hey! This is different then mine at home..." I, being a huge tribes dork, checked out everything that was different. There was a very hawt picture of Julia strutting her stuff on the front, and some nice screenshots on the back. Upon closer examination, I realized that one of the screenshots was of T2. I thought to myself, "QUE?!?!?"

That was pretty effing weird. Why in god's good name was there a T2 screenshot on the back? Anyone else notice this? Pretty damn silly, if you ask me. Was still better boxart than my copy, but I got a good chuckle out of it.

anyway, that's my story for your viewing pleasure. dunno if this is OFN.

PS: I am never effing going to target again. A little piece of me died while in there for an hour and a half. Something about it is just damn depressing...

no, that actually wasn't part of the deal. i read on the back and it didn't mention anything about T2, only that you get T1, some ski routes, and a demo of some game.

the skins that the T2 duded had wasn't even from T2. custom made

How is it depressing? They are usually lit very brightly.
I truly cannot put my finger on why it was depressing. Everything was well decorated with flash big signs and red everywhere. Something about the place made my heart sink into nothingness. After being in target for 1.5-2 hours I went over to Costco and was instantly cheerier and more at home (even though costco is dimly lit and has little to no decorations)

I think the Target I went to was built on some ancient burrial ground or something. I just couldn't take it...
