SSL issues, page cannot be displayed [Archive]

Anyone know what reasons might cause an https site to not display? Sometimes users are calling into my company complaining that they can't get to our ebusiness site. We know it works, everyone else can get to it, but I'm at a loss as to how I can help users experiencing the problem.

There's like 9 billion settings in IE and I don't know if it's even IE that's at fault. They can get to normal sites, just not secure sites.

Help would be appreciated.
