The 70% rating is liberal, considering the content of the review. The reveiw highlights the majority of gripes within the community quite effectively, yet still manages to call the game fun.

Overall, decent review.

I real do find it amusing how the remarkably stupid feel the need to underline their low IQ at every possible opportunity.

I find it funny how you're commenting on a review you haven't even read.

That's true, and yer right to call me on it.

However, I've been unimpressed by PC Gamer (which was once my favorite mag for a long time) to the point where an excuse to fire a shot at them is apressiated. ;)

american joe either needs to make bold statements and back them up rather than beating around the bush, or shut the eff up.

Arcanox, you forgot option 3.

He needs to stick both hands in a garbage desposal and flip it on with his nose.

(ack... I'm not sure why I'm pickin on the guy so much. I'm bored and in a grouchy mood. Poking dumb animals with a stick can be entertaining.)

Opinion != Fact. I wish people around here would stop giving us theirs as though the opposite were true.

Did the guy who wrote that article graduate high school? It sounds like he needs to go back to english 101 and learn how to develop an argument, provide supporting facts, and draw conclusions.

I dont agree with the review, but I have read PC Gamer for about 7 years and they always give a good game a lower score if it is buggy, period.

Battlefront? Teehee.

At that, I have a friend who has played no Tribes, and yet when I showed him the single player he did very well on Easy. Maybe the guy has too big an ego to decrease the skill level?

Check the PC Gamer's website Review Archives for T2: 89% :)

Given that, I'm somewhat amazed that T:V got as high a rating as it did.

T:V got the rating it deserved ... not great, not bad ... judging by his review .. it should have gotten a lower score and he help it in the end.

I would wholeheartedly suggest that you email PC Gamer and let them know what you think of their review. I certainly have.

Well if you are going to be so quick to ask this community that you have been almost dismissive to since the release to "present a positive view of the game to the written media" (i.e. your job), then you could actually present to this community something better than "we are working on a patch".

You know that this game has issues, and ones that cen be rectified by YOUR company. You ask for help, but the cries for help from the server providers, competitive organizers, shoutcasters and even the average Tribes lovers go unsanswered.

You authorized the release with failures in the game, yet you criticise the magazine for calling it a mild failure?

What a horrid excuse for a job. You come to the community when you want us to back you up, but when we ask for the basic things that a Tribes game should have (working tourney mode, observer, decent netcode, workable mod ability, etc)...what is your response?

"we will release the patch when its ready"

man, you need to go back to PR school
