I was having SecuROM issues and asked for some help in resolving them. They lied outright about there being issues with SecuROM and when I called them on it, they got down right insulting. "Far be it for me to suggest a possible solution to your problem. We would prefer it if customers were willing to reslove the problem rather than insist that they know what they are doing." This arse hole was telling me that changing my desktop resoultion would fix the problem that I knew damned well was being caused by SecuROM! (proven by cracking the game and it worked fine). I wrote back politely informing him that the next day I was going to call in and have his ass fired... right after I publicly posted the obvious bullshaz he was trying to feed me. Funny... suddenly there WERE know issues with SecuROM. His suggested solution? Crack the game! Thus, I am the proud possesser of offical writen premission to crack Atari software! Whoohoo!
