Is there a free program that can edit T2 skins? I know that Photoshop can, but is there a free program?

GIMP maybe? (not sure about the .PNG alpha support but I know it's free)

Ok, I am being dumb (sorry, I know this is not the way to make a grand entry into a forum).
I don't think GIMP can do it. I tried, and it didn't seem to open up the .pgn alpha stuff properly. Also, I don't think it can save them either.

Paint Shop Pro is relatively inexpensive *cough* phoroshop isn't freeware? huh? *cough* and I think there's a trial version available. Like 30 day trial or something. I could be wrong about that.
