Has IGA/VUG Abandoned Us?

IGA & VUG Developer Post counts seem way way way way down. At least that is what my perception is. I know there have been alot of gripes, complaintsa about Tribes Vengeance by some people. But there are people who come here who love Tribes Vengeance and want to know what is up and coming and to know if bugs are being addressed and fixes are on their way. What's going on? What can we expect here for the future of Tribes Vengeance? Please give us an update as to what is going on? It's been so quiet here lately from IGA/VUG.

Think of it this way...

If they post info on what they are doing, there;s likely to be just as much kvetching about what people think they SHOULD be doing, if not more.

This also isn't a very friendly place to be posting either... I'm sure more than a few of the IG/VUG folks have developed a "ah screw 'em" attitude.

I think VUG told IGA not to post anymore, it just encourages the haters. When people buy the game and look for an active board they come here...and see a bunch of bad threads. So they stopped posting.

Possibly, but then you had people like Marweas, Thrax, KP, and etc that knew the score and the community.

if they post people compain they aren't working hard enough, if they don't they are abandoning us. give them some time to work out the issues.

The game is out, therefore they have a lot less need to hear feedback. It's pretty simple

With people like mouse and BrightEyes and their incessant biatching, I wouldn't come in here, either. People are too negative, and everything SUCKS to them without even looking at the positives.

I see positive things. With the lack of players and bad support, the game will be bargain-bin $10 in a few months. It'll be more affordable to purchase. That's positive.
