Thanks for the compliments everyone... What went wrong?

All DNS servers should be updated by now, so please use the www.tribesdemos.com domain, for the login to work properly.

Let's see some demos up... My demos are feeling lonely.

Now we can watch re-runs of the game, especially since no one really plays it.

He's a prime candidate for ignore.

I find mouse's comments humorous, so I leave him un-ignored :)

I was going to ask this, but I was able to figure it out:

you're going to want to store the .dem files in <tribes install folder>/program/bin

I was searching for a dedicated demos folder like UT2k4.

After getting a chance to watch a few (including homes' very nice emerald demo) I'm wondering if it's possible to get the HUD to show up during a demo.

For cap runs, it's pretty important to see energy usage and in games, it's nice to see health and the game clock (to tell someone to look for the event at time x).

I'm using a custom hud (Jotun's (http://www.tribalwar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=330541)) if that has anything to do with it. At this point I'd settle for demo controls to stop demo in the middle, which I haven't found.

Thanks for any consideration.

edit: thanks for the quick response

T:V demos are bugged atm, some demos have HUD's and some not.

Yeah it seems as if the huds don't show up on recordings from certain servers... for whatever reason...
