[Request] visual hud modifier program [Archive]

I thought it was handy if there was a program in which you could move, resize, give color etc. to hud objects, and then the program saves the coordinates, colors etc. to a file or something, so if someone could make that, that would be great.

I don't have knowlege of programming, but I don't think it's impossible ;)
