Simple Red Dot reticles (lob weapons have simple range finder) for those that want 'em and haven't found them yet:

How to change the mortar rets:
Open your weapons.ini file and go down to the line that says:
[EquipmentClasses.WeaponMo rtar]
hudReticule=texture'NeoDo t.reticuleLob'
;hudReticuleCenterX=64
;hudReticuleCenterY=15
change the words "reticuleLob" to either of these following:
1)"reticuleMortarLines" Same reticle range finder except without the numbers on the side.
2) "reticuleMortarNoLines" just the simple red dot reticle with no range finder.
3) save and close.
Ex: to use the reticuleMortarLines I would have this and only this:

[EquipmentClasses.WeaponMo rtar]
hudReticule=texture'NeoDo t.reticuleMortarLines'
;
the two lines referring to the X and Y centers can be deleted because currently they are
commented out. Makes no difference.

Updated the weapons.ini file to include turrets and vehicles. They also now have red dots for reticles.
