[Request] Creating a custom sound pack

Is there a tutorial on how to create a sound pack and add them to yoru quick chat? I have created about a 100 sounds that I want to integrate into the quick chat for competitive teams.

While we're on the subject.. let's have a "sound submission" thread and have a community contributed soundpack. What do you think?

I've converted nearly 70% of my T2 soundpack over to TV. Once I figure out how to make it work without screwing over someone's TV, I will ask for hosts =p - BTW, if you can help, pm me in IRC. #311 or #WOFN
