Is there anyway to import t2 textures into the UnrealEditor and use them for T:V Maps?

Yes, you can import textures while within the TribesEd texture browser. Four file formats are supported: .bmp, .pcx, .tga, .dds. You will need to use a seperate program to convert T2 textures over to one of those formats since they are in .png format.
