[HELP] Reload HUDs w/o restarting T:V?

I saw this asked a few months back...
Has anyone discovered a way to reload HUDs without quitting and restarting T:V? This would be a huge help to all the HUD tweakers out there.

Yeah, I asked this question before in Jotun's post. I still haven't figured out a way to do this. What would be ideal is if we had a HUD mover.
