Actually the demo is hurting itself. The 4 maps they allow you to play is an over abundance of crap. The only decent map being Emerald, they'll assume all the beta maps are indicative of the retail maps(which they are, but we want people to buy into this crap)

Actually I consider those 4 at the top of the MP maplist, generally. There's only a couple, maybe, that I'd rank higher out of the retail list.

Emerald is a decent map, the rest are simply unbalanced and induce frustration.

Decent Retail Maps:
Utopia, overall fun map, seems to be quite balanced.
Arid is decent, despite the unbalanced bases and their locations.
Fort is probably my favorite, fast paced and balanced. The only problem I have with it is when HO is non-stop raping(same goes for all maps)
Junk is another one of my favorites, despite the ease of raping.

ummm, the demo is getting publicity = more players. On www.gamespy.com practically the whole page is taken up by a fat add for the T:V demo. keep it for a while at least

I dislike fort, I had some newbie O (guess to him it was D) snipe me from his flag why I was by turret. I headshot him back once I respawned but still it was anoying.
