I have noticed a few ppl used solid black, red and blue skins in some games. its hard to distinguish friend from foe and $#@$@$.
anyone else have this problem? Because by the time you notice the dude is on the other team, its too late. I thought that for UT2K4 that if I wanted to view their skin, I needed to download it. so does the server download all skins and upload them to all of the player or what?

Really not sure how the auto-downloading features in T:V are wroking, but in UT I *believe* you had to upload your skins to the server before anyone would be able to DL/see them.
I could be wrong tho.

There are alternate skins which can be selected at the inv station...
You may want to turn off team colored radar if you have it enabled... This way you can tell the difference between teammates (green) and the enemy (red) in your radar...

go to the inv, hit use, up top select the loadout you want to alter. hit next skin to change skins apply.
If you just hit next skin it only changes your current skin. And I wub the darker skins + white for imperials.
Unrelated tip to quickly reload and heal hit shift when by an inv station then run off to what you were doing, your health will heal up automatically with no need to stand at the inv.
