Error updating

It says "the program file c:\...\serverfilters.ini is not a valid previous version and could not be upgraded"

I just installed and played single for a bit wtfs :((

It would sux to reinstall cuz that took a while

Sometimes you can find the files on the CD.

Stick your CD in, browse to it, and open the various .cab files with WinRAR, i had to replace my TV_CD_DVD.ini this way.
