I believe it was intentional to release without working scripting tools. This way it minimizes the chances of user created 'mods' saturating the launch.

I think the quotes should be on "launch" rather than "mods" :)

was it a launch or lunch (thinking of that stupid series years ago about some idiots going into space..and not the Any Griffith one :))
