apparently some people like their health/energy bars this way, so I made this

the readme includes the stuff you need to put in your HUD file.

health bar will turn red and flash when low. health injection and energy depletion effects are taken care of too.
note that this is separate from the rest of the HUD

you'll probably want to put either the personal scoreboard or the team scoreboard up in that top-left corner now
looks kind of weird having it empty :shrug:

i'll put the events crap up there, i cant read it all the way in the lower left hand corner anyway.

yes, has nothing to do with the reticles really.
just might not look good with some rets
