crossfire, a late t2c map, would prolly work quite well in t:v.

Abaddon, yesyesyes.
Titan, omgyes.
Surreal, yes.
Confusco, yes.

Harvester, maybe.

Katabatic, effing no.

Of course, those first few would have to be tweaked to play well in T:V, but I think they'd be sweet anyway.

I'd love to play Harvester on the T:V engine. That's my favorite map of all time.

I want a Damnation remake more than any other T1 or T2 map.

Beggar's run would be nice too. Both I think would be well suited for TV gameplay.

my advice is that folks stop dwelling on the past 2 tribes games.

it's good to think about what made old maps EXCELLENT, but you have to think about what makes maps excellent in this NEW game.

dont try to port or remake stuff... but take inspiration from the best maps of the past in making new, fresh maps that tap into what TV is all about.

likewise, remember that TV gameplay will continue to evolve and thus so will what makes for a popular map.

old maps with a fresh coat of paint wouldnt be bad either. there needs to be new maps, dont get me wrong, but some of the old maps will always provide great gameplay.
