[BUG] Install fails on Win2k Server Ed

When installing retail T:V on Windows 2000 Server Edition (5.00.2195), setup fails with this error:

Error Number: 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL: LicenseScrollbarHandler

Perhaps running T:V on Win2k DataCenter Edition isn't such a good idea after all?

Well, the box says it runs on win2k, so it should.

And besides, it's just the stupid license scrollbar dll that keeps you from clicking "Next >" until you scroll to the bottom of the EULA -- nobody reads those even *with* that annoying "feature"

No it shouldn't
know a little more about the install base before you try it. Server does not have all of the functionality of opengl or directx, it's a server, never needs it.
If it's datacenter server then you have zero chance in hell of many games ever installing, or playing
btw, unless this is a work machine, you're effing retarded for running it as your desktop os

I can play the beta and the demo just fine on this machine. This is a bug in the installer, not the game.
