Also gonna wait til it's fixed. Not going to pay 50$ for a buggy game that doesn't even have multiplayer yet and has installation and other various problems. If they can't fix MP, the game is dead. I wouldn't exactly say IG has had a good track record of squashing bugs either, but I won't condemn them yet. If they fail to fix the major bugs in the next few weeks as well as fixing MP within the next 3 days, then I won't buy.

As it stands now it's pretty worrysome, because new potential gamers for it don't want to deal with an assload of inconvenience, only the hardcore tribes players interested in this game will, and that number is probably dwindling with the release...things aren't looking good.

While they're at it, how about they go ahead and tweak the stand alone dedicated server so it doesnt devour all of the memory? even if they could get it reduced a notch it'd be most appreciated...

There is no dedicated server? What? Man that's a huge oversight. Good god who dropped the ball on this one? So are they going to rush us a half tested dedicated server that has performance issues? I guess that's better than nothing.

my pre-order slip is in my pocket. it's going to stay there until this gets fixed, or 2 weeks pass. if 2 weeks pass i'll go get my money back.

i doubt anyone that preordered online and was having it shipped would return it this quickly. I on the other hand was going to pop into EB and pick up my preorder, but haven't yet.
