LAN play with one disc? [Archive]

I am only able to buy one copy of T:V today, but I have another computer. I know that usualy online games with cd-keys wont alow 2 people to play online with the same cd-key... but what about lan? Can my roomate play some lan games with me... if I install the same copy on both computers?
