Okay, for people who aren't getting how to put this in, save these two files to your "Tribes Vengeance MP Demo\Content\System" folder:
Speedo.ini (http://zeecog.shackspace.com/Speedo.ini)
TribesHUD.ini (http://zeecog.shackspace.com/TribesHUD.ini)
That should work.
It removes the quotes around the kph label and position the two nicely at the bottom of the screen.

just stfu all of you and try it. I did and it works. It's dead smack in the center bottom and it shows your speed. The only problem is that the last digit is clipped off...So, if i were going 234 kph, it would only show the 23 and the 4 would be clipped off..I'll try and fix later...

I just offsetX and it was fine. Try like -40 maybe.

How do I make an 'ini' file to make the speedo work? I know I'm stupid, but what can you do?

it works perfect on mine. if it's off on other peoples' setups then it must have something to do with the particular screen resolution that you're using. I'm using 1024x768.
