Graphics problem. MP

Ok don't laugh at the specs.
512 ram
1.3 Ghz processor
Radeon 7500

This is all on a laptop so I can't upgrade.

Now, in 05 the cloud graphics at game start would gank my card but I could just navigate the menus get into a server and I would be fine. It was playable.

Now with MP the cloud graphics make the entire screen blue so I can't even navigate the menus to get into game. So is there a way to change it or shut it off? What did you change between MP and 05 that caused this and will it be like this in final release? I don't want to buy a game I can't play because I can't afford a new rig. :[ :[ :[

This game was tested using the latest video driver updates available at the time, as follows:
* Nvidia(R) - 61.77
* ATI(R) - Catalyst 4.8
