this is the error i get when trying to join any server.
my computer crashed 2-3 weeks ago, i havent played T:V since
i just reinstalled T:V beta over a fresh install of XP w/ sp2.
i can host, i just cant join any servers.
it ran fine before, dunno what happened?
ive never seen this error before.
any help is appreciated.

For whatever reason, your engine package is different from the one on the server you're trying to join...
Have you made any modifications to the game? Does this happen on all servers?

I've made no modifications.
its the same installer file that fileplanet released originally.
it happens so far on every server i've tried.
you guys havent released anything in the last 2 weeks huh?
i havent been around...
anyways, i guess i'll just wait for the next beta here to see if it keeps happening.
i blame sp2 personally...
i blame it for everything.

It's very odd. Maybe it';s incorrectly reporting a difference between your package size and the server's. So to speak :)
The MP demo is due out tomorrow anyway, and all the Beta servers will be down. Best to wait until then.
