Question from tribes newbz0r?

I am mostly a quake player so I am a big tribes newbie but I think the game is real sweet and have been playing the vengeance beta alot. I was just wondering if any one could fill me in on the tribes community like big websites and such but I really would like to know where on irc all the tribes players are, you know what server and channels and stuff because I am kinda clueless about this.

Websites = You're on the biggest, with www.teamwarfare.com being big as well.

They're downright monsters. Some people have no sense of morality. Fortunately I have no remorse so I'm alright with it.

If you have any "dumb" questions about T:V that you don't wanna post in TT, feel free to PM me and I'll answer it flame free.

There are some non-flaming people in TT, and those who do flame can be ignored with a simple click on their name, and a click on "Ignore <user>". Very handy.

I've been playing Tribes for a few years, (and in no way am I anywhere near being 'good,' although I'm a decent shot with a spinfuser) but I've only been at the forums for a few days, so we can learn the ropes together! I've not been able to post at GD (assuming you mean general discussion?) yet, but I'm not sure I want too...

Exactly. You could say you're giving every member of TW $5, and you'd get flamed for not giving $10. Ignore the attention whores and realize everyone ridicules everyone else and you'll be fine.

my advice for the newsz0r:

1. get on irc

2. avoid these freaks here on tribalwar (they carry every disease imaginable)
