TWC solution to KGB and Smurf Teams

Make a ladder admined by gon, but don't tell gon he is the admin, let him figure it out on his own. Then once gon figures it out, randomly switch the admin to someone else.

This would be the most popular tribes ladder ever.

This is the beta ladder. There is no TCC setup yet. Yogi and I are interim TCC members. The group we are contracting through for administration is a new company called iAdmins.
