So it's a given that "most" will spend $50.00 on the game but what else did you spend for T:V? Noticed a lot dished out a lot more then $50 for T:V in the way of upgrading their systems, so lets hear what everyone did. Don't forget to leave your new system specs too.

For me I upgraded my memory, Gfx card, 480 PSU and ordered a water cooling system :)

$200 Memory
$220 9800 PRO
$90 Antec 480 watt PSU
$280 Koolance water cooling system with VPU and CPU water blocks.
$50 pre-order of T:V.

P4 2.85 Ghz, 768 RDRAM, Radeon 9800 PRO, Koolance watercooling system, 480 watt PSU, 60+80 gig WD HD's.

Think my wife will kill me if I spend anymore money on my computer for awhile

~48,000 HUF (hungarian forint) on a 9600 XT and two fans because it was overheating :P

ASUS A7V8X-X
Athlon 2000+ 8@ 1666 MHz, might OC)
GeCube Radeon 9600 XT
512 Megs of RAM (dunno the speed)

What kinda framerates do you get? I have almost the same system with a GeForce 4600-Ti and am thinking about upgrading my gfx card.

I also may upgrade my CPU a bit, but my bus is at 266 since my friggen ram is unstable at 333 so I don't know if upgrading the CPU would be worth it.

I should be upgrading but I think I'll wait till release.
IMO a 2.4 Mhz/1 gig ram/9800 Pro should run a game decently.

currently it does not.

I did all my upgrading during T2.

My computer is able to run T:V without upgrading.

But, I wouldn't mind eeking a few extra frames out in those busy screens.

It's been almost 4 years since my mobo/proc/mem upgrade and about 2 years on the video. So, I may do a mobo/proc/mem - so chalk me down for $600.

:)

I would like to upgrade my CPU and mobo from a intel to AMD. The FX-53 and a new ASUS mobo with a gig of rame would be nice. However I won't do that till the rice of the FX drops a lot.

Yeah thats what my watercooling will let me do. I already have my CPU and VPU OCed but fans are not cutting it with the extra heat they produce.
