His upper body muscle growth is totally suspicious however its not like his hr's are 'just' clearing the fences. He is hitting bombs.

He is the best player in a looooooong time and barring injury or a decision not to he will have no problem breaking the record. If people had actually pitched to him in the last 3 years he would be on the cusp of breaking it now.

Sure it can. I definitely think Bonds has done roids, but it's completely possible to get that big naturally. There are dozens of linebackers in the NFL who are roughly the same size as Bonds and there are many other guys who are significantly bigger.

sorry...you can not get that big later in life. Also, think about how much longer those linebackers for the NFL have been lifting than bonds. Bonds is a cheater and it will be a sad day when he gets let into the hall of fame.

There are a lot of guys in the big leagues doing roids. They're not all hitting .370 with 42 home runs and 200+ walks.

Are Barry's accomplishments tainted because of his drug use? Sure, but I still think he's one of the best hitters of all time. Yes he's done the juice, but that's pretty standard now. Besides, the pitchers he's facing would make most of the guys from the Ruth and Aaron eras look like little leaguers. Just look at the NBA or the NFL. The average player today would dominate the average player from the 1970's. That's not to mention earlier decades, where the gap is even more glaring.
