Since when is Osniping the capper considered *bad*

Look, its kinda ridiculous having to go after a good capper/dueler when you are by yourself or with maybe one other on O, and you have an entire D that is gunning for you (particularly on skilled servers where no matter what speed you are going, you are dead in 5 seconds from cg spam). Since when is stopping fairly close to the base and Osniping the capper considered taboo. It certainly wasn't when I played T1 years ago.

Look, I fully understand O sniping is lame in the majority of cases, but in this case I don't get it. Its not like the capper is stationary, most of the time he's wizzing around the back of his base grappling and changing directions (most LD don't have the benefit of having the grappling hook in their loadout).

We'll get him eventually most of the time even without Osniping, but still its irratating being called out for taking a skill shot against a prepared D (who also most likely have snipers who are able to take you out) Hell, its not like we are oob on the opposite side of the map either.

Yea basically it's a sportsmenship kind of thing. If he's nice enough to stay outside, he wants to engage you, not wait for you to hit him.
