Best Preorder Deal/Tribes Vengeance on DVD?

Tried to do a search for DVD, but as on most forums, 3 letter searches are disabled. 2 quick questions:

1) Will T:V be released on DVD?

2) What's the best pre-order deal you've found (price + extras)?

I remember hearing that it won't be released on DVD. That might have changed though.

they always say dvd versions are too costly to press, even doom3 didn't have a dvd release. i think ut2k4 had a limited dvd release. ...maybe they just want to maximize profits going with good ol' cds.
i think it may be unlikely tribes:v will have one either.

Got a copy on preorder for $39.50 canadian through one of my dad's work benefit corporate accounts :)

Far Cry(suxbtw) took 5 CDs and even that didnt come on DVD.

i wouldn't have use customization as a highlight. perhaps quite a bit didn't make it to the public beta.
i mean.. no gui editor, missing options for mouse movement, missing gui for graphics options (vsync, tripple buffering etc..). maybe they did mean ini editing..
