[Help]Problem after spawning

After spawning I am unable to move, using keyboard or mouse. I can still fire my weapons and chat and stuff. I can use my mouse in any other screen except when I spawn. I've tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling direct X 9.0c. Any idea's?

ATI Radeon 9800pro
Custom Build: Pentium 4 2.4Ghz
1 Gig of memory
80 Gig Maxtor
Using Logitech USB 2button optical mouse
microsoft usb wireless keyboard
Windows XP Professional SP2

Make sure your console and chat input aren't open, you might just be typing into them :p

Nope, I know when the console window is up. I can chat, throw gernades and switch weapons. Mouselook doesn't work nor does the wsad keys or any bound movement keys.
