I am just wondering if tribesEd has scripting support and compiling functions as of yet or will the scripters need to wait till release?

Thanks for any info you can give.

It crashes when exporting scripts and the text editor doesn't seem to be there. The only change I've been able to make is adding an empty class and exporting it. There also no UCC.exe yet. We'll probably have to wait for an unlikely update or retail.

I read in the VU forums that someone acquired (from here) a copy of UCC that works with T:V, though I am unable to find it, if it was posted.

Has anyone read where IG released the compiler so we can test our mutators?

yeah the ucc is in the file database at tribalwar ... but it looks like the classes given are quite old ... there is also some informations as to how to set your folders in the Q&A area in the dev site (scripting section) on tribalwar too (if you can get something to compile AND work in TV please tell us :D

I have it on my site for download. You can try it out, but it seems to be broken.

Yeah, I get a "'Engine' is not a DLL package; can't find export 'intAPlayerControllerexec SetViewTarget'" error when using ucc, but it had some of the missing classes that weren't exported with the edtitor and I can see how things work. Thanks for hosting it :D

Think the source code that comes with it is outdated, too. In this source, you can still grapple the flag in the field.
