FireStarter 09-09-2004, 09:45 PM how do you check your fps in T:V?
noobfactorNF 09-09-2004, 09:51 PM Console, STAT FPS. Combatwombat: Try 800x600 with LOW, you will enjoy it much more, Visuals arent shazbot except for showing off. Unless you like getting owned.

PC 2: P4 2.4 GHZ GeForce 4 Ti4400 1+ gig DDRam

So far I'm not exceptionally impressed with the fps on either machine as both got double the fps at identical settings in UT2K4.

I have everything on low at 800x600. I get around 50 inside, but when I'm outside and the server has around 20 ppl it averages around 30. When I'm in pretty intense action it can go down to the low 20s. Most of the time it feels pretty skippy to me which seems odd to me since I have the recommended requirements. Also, sometimes a red network icon will appear in the upper right hand corner which I assume means there is a connection problem but I only play in servers where I ping under 80 on the outside, so I don't know if it is really a connection issue. If anybody has any tips on what might help, let me know.

@800x600 Fog and Textures are set to High everything else is set to low/off.
I get about 30 FPS during a lot of action. It may dip down below that a bit everyonce and a while.
